Located in the Valley Faire Mall, Dr. Holbert's existing store needed a remodel to meet their new lease requirements. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic the original design (at the bottom of the page) had to be shifted and reduced in order to meet the demands of construction costs. Over the course of the pandemic, our team worked with the client and landlord to develop a revised scope of work to meet the lease terms and the constrained budget of the small family-owned optometrist office.
